Welcome to my store, thank you for taking the time to visit. I make individual jewellery pieces using a range of materials and styles that are created with love and passion. I spend a lot of time and attention on the items in my shop, and strive to make original designs inspired by things I love, so I hope you enjoy browsing through them :)

Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.

Payment

If you need to cancel a purchase for some reason then please get in touch so soon as possible and just let me know why. I you do not cancel before an item has already been shipped, then if you return the item to me I will refund you the cost of the item minus postage fees.

Shipping

I ship all items within 3-5 working days. If you pay by PayPal e-Cheque I ship within 72 hours of your payment clearing.

I ship all items by standard first class UK Royal Mail.

Estimated shipping times are:
The US; 10-14 working days
Europe; 5-12 working days
Australia; 12-16 working days
Post to Canada seems to be taking longer than usual currently, and a time frame can be hard to predict. Please allow a few extra days for your items to arrive if you need them for a present.

All my products will come in a black cardboard jewellery box inside a padded envelope.

Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for any custom fees you may be charged for this item if you are ordering from outside the UK, so please check your customs regulations.
